Am I A Subkrewe? Should I Register for Lineup?

First things first... Pay your dues! Now! Stop procrastinating and get it done. A "subkrewe" is a cohesive group of any kind whatsoever. Our membership is mostly made up of individuals and small groups of friends who either are an established subkrewe or just a ragtag subkrewe. Subkrewes and those groups with contraptions larger than a shopping cart must register for lineup.
